Did you try sending an email to CIC or getting your GCMS notes....

ya i have emailed them twice they said your file will be reviewed by one of our visa officers...

Unfortunately theres nothing much you can do once you get that reply. Try getting a GCMS notes of your file to get a much clear picture....

However it is from the visa office overseas, does anyone know if its possible to submit it here in Canada for processing? If yes, where? Any advice would be appreciated as I am not able to return to my home country for longer than a couple weeks and I fear that may not be enough time for processing.

U need to contact the visa office who sents u the request for passport, then they will let u know how to do it .. send them an email
