When did you completed your medical?

i have noticed that some of the members received their medical request through normal mail and some of them got via email..

just wondering why ...?

i think those who filled new imm0008 form (barcode one) will get their MR through email..
please correct me if i am wrong

I received MR on 26 June 2012 & Med done on 14 July 2012.

Wish you will get your PPR shortly.

Guys, heads up...

whoever updated or changed their address, double check with GCMS notes. I update my address 4 months back.
I update my address using on-line and even called up CIC to update the same...but nothing worked.
and on e-case it shows the new address but GCMS notes shows the old address...

I sent a mail to Ottawa and they confirmed that they have the old address and requested me to send the new address....

this is how immigration system is working right now...

My 490 has been encash last Sept 6, 2012..why? just wondering when is the visa been stamped after DM status or afteer encahing the checks?? thanks..Hope somebody will share ...

By the grace of almighty Allah, today i received my passport with visa.

Timeline

VFS (pp submission) : 02/09/2012
SVO (pp received) : 06/09/2012
ecas (Decision Made): 13/09/2012
SVO (pp released) : 21/09/2012
VFS (pp received) : 24/09/2012
In person (Received) : 24/09/2012

SVO elapsed only 15 days to stamp visa.

This information may help you to make a decision where to submit PP.

"We received your application for permanent residence on June 23, 2010.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

Dear friend, We all are in the same dilemma. I think ND VO has some sort of policy decision to with hold the medical calls. We haven't seen any since 2 or 3 months. Let's hope they start MR s in the coming month. So keep faith and pray. We shall over come all hurdles some day. Love, Nicky

Dear Sir,

Same situation here also. I have applied in SGVO. I think all VO's are waiting for a green signal to send MR. I hope that we all will get MR at the end of this year, by grace of God. As well as, Passport request will be next year. This is my assumption.

I have got my PPR 1 today.Medical was done on March 31, 2012 and full documents were submitted on May 26, 2010. Hope to hear the same news from you soon.
