NDVO is very slow they have already took 180+ days for my friend whose status is IP since 16-1-2012. They are still confused about issuing VISA. CHC is finding atleast single reason so they can refuse 38 NOC but if they will not find any reason will keep us waiting. Sorry I dont want to scare but it seems fact that they have return all money they have collected from people who applied before Feb 2008 after keeping them in wait for 5-6 years. Now we are in que hope they will not repeat the same again after another 2-3 years. Its their policy to use our money for their development and then change policy. Again will start attract to collect immigration fee from other and will return to earlier applicants.

this is what i see on ecas i have sent in med and rcmp but nothing saying received.
i had an interview on June 13 at the local cic office etobicoke how long will it take to get a letter all he said to me is he made his disision on the file no nee to speak to my spouse
