in support wat I said earlier

posted by a fellow member.

Dear All,

I have done my first medical on 6th December 2011. I received a letter saying i need to submit Lordotic X ray for my self as they find some scar in my CXR. I submitted Lordotic X ray accordingly. After some days they asked me to submit Sputum Smear and Sputum Culture Test Report as well as another CXR after 3 month's date from my first CXR taken. I have done my Sputum Smear and Culture tests and going to submit another CXR on 8th Feb. My questions are as below:
a. is this a normal stereo type process can be happened with any one?
b. If Sputum Smear Test result is negative, what result could be for Sputum Culture Test (Ratio of positive or negative)
c. How much time they take to ask for passport submission?[/b][/b]

since i have received again and again medical letters from CIC, me and my family members are very much confused and worried. Please help and share your experiences.

Thanks a lot.

Hope,

this post is about someone who has send Medical Report to VO and the VO is requesting him for specific medical reports.May bbe they are trying to confirm or negate something abou this health condition.
All I mean this case entirely different from our discussion about those who might get a MR or a reques to wait for another 6-12 months for further processing.

Hi Fellow May,2010 applicants.

So after a long wait, I received my 2nd AOR from Buffalo. Following is an excerpt from that email:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

We have now completed the initial assessment of your application, and expect to finalize your application without a personal interview. While an interview does not appear necessary at this time, we reserve the right to call you to an interview, should this become necessary at some future stage in processing.

. Proof of funds for yourself, and all family members. ($13,837)
. A letter of reference from your employer for yourself. Updated

To give my background, I have been in Canada since July 2009 on a study permit followed by work permit and have been working full time for over a year now. I have a question regarding the letter of reference from employer. I had already submitted the letter from my previous employer which qualified me for the particular NOC category detailing my job responsibilities which matched with the NOC requirement. There is no way I can get that letter back as for that I will have to fly back to my native country. However, I can easily produce a letter of employment from my present Canadian employer. Can someone tell me what exactly are they asking me for? Are they asking for my Canadian employment letter or my previous employment letter which qualified me for the particular NOC category I have applied for.

Thanks for your help.

Logically it should be the letter from your previous employed which made you eligible for this NOC, however I suggest you start the procedure to obtain the letter from ur new employer as well and in the mean time ask canada immigration what they want.

Thanks Payal. Getting letter from the new employer should be a cake walk as I am presently working in Toronto with a Canadian bank. However, it's the old employment letter that is giving me the headache (Why on earth did I send them the original) as I will have to get it from India. However, the silver lining is that they have also asked me for the RPRF and I have gathered from these forums that RPRF is usually asked for when they have a positive view of your application (This may be my wishful thinking though).

I will send them the new employment letter and explain them that I had already sent them a detailed employment letter pertaining to the NOC category I have applied for and that it will be difficult for me to get it again due to geographical reasons. If they insist, I will have to do some flying. Thanks once again.

the reference letter(updated) suggests that they want a letter from the present employer, the letter sud state
that u presently work there, ur job timings, present salary etc.

god bless u.
