Is New Delhi visa office is still issuing Medical requests to FSW applicants applied before June 26 last year? Or are they on HOLD?

I do read this forum quite often and did not see anyone got Med.Request in the past few months.

I am still unable to access to my new file no.
i got my new file no on 29th april (letter dated 18 April) now after a complete month i am only getting
results in my old Ecas no

For how long I shall have to wait to have an access to new file no?

Do new and old file nos run parallel showing status or there is difference in their status showing?
