Oh, now I understand - you have a job offer, it might play a role why you received them both at same time.
All ECAS status which were "In Process" till last week are now changed i think to RBVO which seems correct.
I just checked my status and it now shows RBVO.

In my case, it shows "In Process". I have not received 2nd AOR and full documents submitted on 17th Jan-2011.

mine is different. Mine still shows "We received your application for permanent residence on ........."
mine also changed to "Received_by Visa Office " from "in process".
but london office has assigned me case a file number though.
