Do we need both transcripts and master degree certificate for WES ? My university is not willing to send copy of degree certificate. I have original and can copy to send WES BUT IT MIGHT NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHPOUT SEALED STAMP ?
ANY SUGESTS APPRECIATED..!!!!
