master for low GPA

Hi everyone:
I have low GPA in my graduate 2.4 with many backlogs...
I want to study my masters in mechanical engineering or management.

I have 6 years work experience

And i scored 7 on ielts with all above 6.5

what are my chances and which university of college I can apply to

By low GPA in your graduate, does that means you already have a master's, or you meant undergraduate?

Second, You have to research that and see which school can accept a low GPA plus your GRE if you have it. Go to the school websites and check their requirements.

That GPA is too low for a masters here in Canada, plus with backlogs. Especially for your major its too low. You need to prove why that GPA doesn't reflect your true ability. I would write the GRE and apply to schools in the US.

The only thing that could forgive that low GPA would be a doctors note which suggests long-term health problems if you had any which can hamper success in school.
