Master degree without ielts or with esl course

Hi friends. I have completed my 4yrs full time bechlor of engineer course in textile technology from india. But after that I have done web designing course and having total 4plus years of experience as a web designer. So can apply for master degree course related to web designing or bussiness administration in canada w/o ielts or in non spp college or with ESL PROGRAM from india?

I'm not in your field, but I think that the University of Windsor (ON) can conditionally admit students on a prerequisite ESL course before granting entry to the main programme. However, you still need an IELTS to apply.

You’re free to change school after getting your study permit as long as the school you intend to swap to is also a DLI.

I don’t know what SPP is, but if you have earned a bachelor’s and even some other degrees, you’re unlikely to be issued a study permit if you applied with an offer from another bachelor’s programme.
