i have got unconditional offer for electronics engineer tech- control sys advanced diploma from Humber college north campus and software engineer technician from centennial college 2 year on my based of MSc degree from UK university. they have been accepted for this course and i have paid my first sem fees and GIC too. can i submit my application as SPP or non SPP? do i need to submit IELTS to CIC? does it necessary? I have heard that you dont need IELTS if you got unconditional letter from college. does it true? what are the visa approval chances? what are the difference between online application and paper application ? If i do online application does it consider as SPP?
i have finished my Btech in electronics from india and masters have been done in UK. i am really worried because i am studying again advanced diploma may CIC will raise issue regarding this ? do they? this course is differ from i have studied till yet. please please help me and advice me what to do . moreover i have visited canada and US this year. in addition how much bank balance do i need to show for this course? i have also booked my IELTS exam date but it would be late to submit it with my application.
20 lacs is sufficient? OR do i have to show to show bank balance
