How is the idea of marrying a canadian and having a baby born in canada sound? Just for discussion purposes. Do you think it would a better idea to stay in canada and have PR application done easier?

You do not need to reproduce your offspring to receive PR. There is a specific immigration program for common law, spouse sponsorship under CIC.

lol i like your idea. i have a partner already, but i dont plan on using him to get my permanent residency or citizenship in the future. just wondering if that would be an easier process than EE for PGWP holders

not really, spousal sponsorship applications can take up to two years to go through.

The marriage path is not much easier. I think you are stressing out about EE when only 3 draws have taken place. Inland sponsorships are taking at least 2 years or more. Not to mention the obligations that your partner will be under being the sponsor. Also having the baby will not make anything different, in my opinion it will just be a burden if you intend to leave your sponsor

I would imagine a large amount of people are now seriously considering this route to obtaining PR, what choice do you have if your score is very low? It's been done in America for years
