Hi everyone i applied for pr under AINP submitted application to cicc september 2013,medicals done on oct 2013,rprf paid march 2014
But I am in a difficult situation now, my work permit will expire august 2014 , i got married february, i would like to inform cic before application get finalized,at the same time i need a BOWP ,My wife just applied for passport after some papers cleared up,i know i should inform cic about status changes.what should i do inform cic first then apply for bowp or inform after she get passport ,please help
A friend of mine have the same situation last year.He informed CIC right away as it clearly states that you have to inform them of any status change.he was currently on process status under ainp.The result was delayed by about 3-4 months as his wife in now included on his application.but everything ends well as when his PR came, it is with his wife
Hi Man415 thank you very much for the replay , but when i inform them will that affect bridging work permit application.because there is also one question says marital status,i know it takes few more months for my processing but am worried about the bowp,
If I'm on the situation, I'll inform CIC first then declare as married now in bowp.As I don't see the idea of declaring it as single then eventually you would inform them that you changed your status after.
i was in the same situation & i did inform CIC about my status. & my wife's name is in my file. I have one question if anyone knows, Right now my appliaction status is in process. I applied under SINP to sydney. Now i am in Canada & wife is in India. For stamping i need her passport as well. Can i ask CPP-ottawa to send me two email stating that i can submit my passport here in Canada & her passport in new delhi , India. Can i send them the email like this before decision made on my application or i can send it right away, so it will save my time period.
