Hi all, I applied for my PR application in Sep 2017 through BC PNP nomination. In June 2018, I got married to a Canadian citizen (she got her citizenship in 2014).
I'm thinking that I don't need to inform CIC as I don't have to add her to my application – for sponsoring a spouse, as she's already a Canadian citizen. Did someone go through the same situation?
Do I need to inform CIC about my marriage? If I have to inform, what's the best way to do that and what documents should I submit?
Thanks

Hi
You need to inform IRCC of the marriage. Just send a Webform with a copy of the marriage certificate and a copy of her birth certificate or Canadian passport.
Thanks for your response
@canuck_in_uk. Is it going to delay my application?
