HI, My parents are applying for Supervisa for parents, now in olden days there was no marriage certificate registration. So my parents also do not have one, While applying for Supervisa it asks for a marriage certificate. What do we do to satisfy that column. Is my passport copy enough to show my parents name in it? or something else required...
They must have some sort of paper to prove that they are married.. Any forms they had to fill out beforehand? Paperwork from whomever officiated the wedding?
Well they got married back in 1979 and no proof except for marriage photographs of course.
WoI'll my dad's pension papers work where it says my mum's name as a nominee. It says she's the wife and will be nominee of the pension amount after him.
Or how how the passports? Would that work?
I'm trying to file Super Visa for my mother-in-law and not able get that from CIC.gc.ca. When I was trying to do the eligibility check it showed up IMM5257 where it is not showing the form.
I tried to download the form and it is not opening up even after me downloading the latest acrobat reader.
I'm new to do the Supervisa and if anyone can help in letting me know the steps it will be really great and helpful.
