Hi Friends,
I am applying for supervisa for my parents who are in India. I need guidance on the marriage affidavit and the content of visitor visa.
They are having a visitor visa which is expiring in Dec 2021. Their passports are renewed and I am now applying for their supervisa. I am having the marriage affidavit which was used to file their visitor visa. Can I use the same affidavit or will have to make a new marriage affidavit? They dont have a marriage certificate.

Also for the content of the invitation letter, I cannot mention tourism as the main reason due to covid. But I want them to stay with me for long term. They are seniors and 70+ in age. What should be the clear intent in the letter?

Please advice. I want to file their supervisa asap.
