Hello all,

I am about to submit my application but i have a confusion regarding Marriage certificate.

I have a Marriage Certificate issued by Registrar Hindu Marriage UP India. It has the Registrar's seal and has our photos and other details. This is the normal procedure of getting a marriage certificate in Uttar Pradesh state in India. The question is that is this accepted for EE or do I need a certificate issues by High Commission of India ?

Can someone please share your experience that do you need a marriage certificate by HCI or a certificate issued by the Registrar will suffice ?

thanks,
Anurag

Its the one issued from registrar with your photo and seal on a standard form. You should be fine.
