My COPR and immigrant visa expire 5th Nov and I'm getting married on 7th Oct. If I notify CIC right after my marriage, what could happen since there is less than a month to add my spouse to the COPR. Will I be issued a new COPR with a different expiration date? If I will be issued a new COPR, should I have to redo my medical exam? Would it be a good idea to get the PCC and medical exam done for my future wife before the wedding?

You will be asked for additional documents and will be reissued a new copr and visa for u and ur spouse. Since your spouse needs background verification it will take a few months.
