I am married and after 5 years my husband got his PR . And I found out 3 years later of PR card he is cheating .
I want him be deported . Is it possible? Before he become citizen .
He asked me to divorce him .and I did file divorce .
Please let me know thanks

No, you can’t have him deported. And based on the timeline you presented it doesn’t even look like a marriage of convienience.

As others have said - no.

You don't have the right to deport him. His PR status is his to keep.

Nothing about his sound like a marriage of convenience. It simply sounds like a relationship that has fallen apart. Best thing you can do is agree to the divorce and move on with your life. You cannot revoke his PR status.
