I was not able to until yesterday but I tried today and was able to create the tracker. You can try even before you receive the email

no one else got bg completed ,i counted more than 100 applicants with this , we may wait for a bit more ..

Any issue with Citizenship status tracker portal ?
Last updated for my profile was on March 21 2025.
Later dint see any updates in tracker portal.

Actually, I have given Citizenship test on March 28 2025.

Though , tracker showing last update as of March 21.

Anyone aware of any issue in tracker portal. any suggestions
