Perhaps it just doesn't allow access for the first few days after getting AOR? I'm having the same issue, but AOR only just received.

Yes, it doesn't allow access right after you get AOR; it is better to wait 48-72 hours or until you get the tracker email. In my case, 5 days had passed since AOR, and I just gave it a shot as soon as the tracker went back up again. I got the same error when I tried on mobile, but it worked on desktop.

I am applying online and I have following question for Residence and Tax section:

- Have you ever held travel documents or passports during your 5-year eligibility period?

I have Pakistani passport which I have uploaded online, and also during my 5-year eligibility period I was student in Norway (from 2018-2022).

1- Do I need to upload my Norwegian Residence Card in Travel Documents or Passports section?
2- Do I need to translate as well my Norwegian Residence Card to English?

I came to Canada 2022 as PR and never went outside.

1#List all addresses inside and outside of Canada during your entire 5-year eligibility period.
Should I put only my address in Canada since 2022? Or I have to put my back home address from 2020 to 2022 too?

2#Tell us when you filed your income taxes in the last 5 years
Should I only reply YES to 3 years of taxes I filled in Canada? Or for all 5 years including the 2 years I was still back home?

Same issue for my inlaws application. Just received AOR but tracker is not taking that number to register account. Probably will give it a shot on Monday again.

1. Yes, list all the addresses during the eligibility period. You won't need to provide a PCC except you've gone back to stay in your home country for more than 6months since you became PR.

2. You have to respond to everything including the years before you became PR. It'd be yes,yes,yes and then no-no, no-no.

What do you mean by a ghost update? Did you get an email? Do you mean the"Updated Date" on the Tracker (on the top right) has a new date?

What is a ghost update?

Did not receive any related email but logged in to the tracker this Sunday and saw the ghost update:
1.Top right corner was/still saying "Updated: April 5, 2025".
2.In the "Application history" below "1 new update" that went away after the page was refreshed.
No any changes to the LPP or other fields.

That is a typical ghost update that many of us would get during the PR process.
