March 2024- Citizenship Application

I applied for citizenship in March 2024 with a representative. I've received my AOR, done the test, had my interview in July 2024, and have heard nothing from IRCC since. My representative did a webform request in December 2024, which said my application is still on process but not much else.

Since I'm using a representative, can I also sign up for a tracker account, or can only the representative have access to it?
