Just got off the call the agent says the same webform is the only source of contact with techincal team and he sees my webform request for which i got the response to try after a while due to techinical issues sometimes it is down and please try again later-is 10times a day isnt enough?
Well it is a messed up system anyways faced same with PR processing no end source who can fix or actually try to fix the issue and experience the reality of techinical issues being faced.

Criminality and security passed and everything else is in process for now.

I cant go ahead without verification code. Even if i enter the password as verification code entry field is mandatory i can't successfully submit.

It took 3 calendar days from my AOR to when i was able to successfully register for the tracker btw. If you currently unable to register, it might just be a waiting game.
