Tracker shows eligibility completed for primary applicant and not started for other applicant. Background check in progress for both. Agent advised not to order notes as under 6 months

Probably due to the facts that the application is still under normal processing of 6 months and might get the FD..

I’m also running for 6 months now and planning to get notes after 6 months. AOR 3/18/24

I see! Although I am still at my 5-month mark, I have requested a GCMS note, haha. The reason is that I don't have access to the tracker or GC key, as I have a representative, so this is the only way to know my exact progress.
I hope all of us get FD in a few weeks! Since IRCC will work slower when it's close to December, I want to get my application done in a few months

Yes, I think so. Many applicants including me are from Sydney VO and all are still waiting.
