How much time does it take for medicals to be updated once it is done?. I got MIL on May 6th and got medical done on May 25 still GCkey shows no update. Should I inform IRCC that medical has been done before deadline of June 6

For me it was 10 days

Tracker: Bio, Med and Eligibility are all completed and background verification is in progress
GCKey:

• Eligibility: we are reviewing...
• Med: passed
• Bio: completed
• BGC: we are processing...
• FD: your application is in progress...

If Medical is marked completed on GCKey, I'd not care about the status on PR tracker. We rely on PR tracker for things other than medical or biometrics - it isn't the most accurate for those two.

For me i took one day, but i think mine was abnormally fast

I am not sure. But may be it is CPC Ottawa because I receive Ready for Visa mail from this office.

Both P1 and P2, you are required to confirm that you are in Canada. So you should travel after you get COPR and return with PR Travel document.
