However, I have an issue that is my husband, the PA, has done the biometrics on June 9 and the biometrics number, the enrollment date as well as the expiry date have shown on gckey on the same day. Last weekend, when we checked gckey , it shows that "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.". We have called vfs global and they said if the info has shown on gckey, that means they should have received the fingerprints already or we need to contact IRCC for further info. We then submitted a webform two days ago and currently pending for reply. Just wondering do you guys have this situation or anything I could do to confirm the info? Thanks in advance.
