I don't think so. I called them before, I was told that no agent is available too and never received an update.

No my agent said not to call ircc till we will not reach the timeline of processing given by ircc so i dont know about my vo

It's CEC AOR 13 MARCH-1 applicant

Mine is 106 days since aor. Eligibility and BGC is in progress. still below 6 months and things moving (even if slowly), so I think we are good. We all just have to wait and we all be done with this step in couple of months and facing more challenging steps ahead. Good luck to all.
