Hello, my passport is now with VFS. According to GCKEY, my application is now approved ! I am seeing a section called "document status" section. Under that, there is 1 document called "counterfoil".

Is the confirmation of permanent residence a different document? If so, where will I find this? Also in gckey?

You will receive a physical copy of CoPR with stamped passport

COPR is the paper document(s) that you'll get along with your single entry visa. Keep them safe and make sure to keep a scanned copy (in case if you lost them, happens a lot more than we think).

My tracker is last updated on 20th April for BGC in progress for both. No updates after that. Eligibility is still not started for both. wondering when will the tracker gets updated. What could be the reason, anybody?

My eligibility got completed on April 19. Then Background + Biometrics got completed yesterday.

I haven't contacted the embassy to confirm if they have received my partner's documents yet. No contact with IRCC so far.

Would you mind to share with me the email address that you contacted with the embassy for documents receipt?

My eligibility got completed on April 19. Then Background + Biometrics got completed yesterday.

I got the portal email 1 day after Eligibility marked as completed and Background check was still in process. Today my background check is marked as completed and the COPR also shows up. Hence, sometimes the tracker is much slower than your actual process. Don’t worry too much about this. Things may happen all at once, in a sudden.
