May 4: upfront medical exam passed
May 10: Eligibility changed from “Not started” to “Completed” and Background check is still “In progress”.

100% purely french applications get processed slower as IRCC is low on resources for it(localization resources for french). But for bilinguals through EE, it seems to be moving much faster compared to French only applications.
2 months! IRCC is definitely now slow on 2023 applications.
Quick question - how did you get a RFV for yourself and a PPR for spouse? Don't we only either a single RFV or PPR letter. In case of inland primary + outland dependent, we get portal + PPR(s)/RFV(s)
