Expect an approval email. IRCC can't reject post "all completed" or even during eligibility or bgs - so a decision made can be very hard to appear in the cases of rejection. They are required to issue you a PFL instead - which isn't decision either.

So, this is you getting approved.

If you are really lucky, you can get yours in 48 hours. If your case is like others, maybe weeks or month(s).

Oh you are absolutely correct, I got Portal email with attached document. However, document is addressed to my wife's name. Will I get my portal email separately or this is the only email.

Your wife was the primary applicant, right?(for outland, we don't get multiple emails, just one email that works for everyone). Tagging you @Pdm_ca - as I don't know the exact steps

Will be faster if you ask in any CEC or Inland specific PPR thread. Not sure if pdm_ca is around these days, but they've been incredibly helpful in the past.

I got PPR email form Montreal office. I dont know if that is VO.

it's almost 4 months+ now, I reached out second time after a week to IRCC and they told everything is completed including bg check, security, eligibility but no decision has been made yet. they asked me to wait for more days/weeks. no action required from my side it seems and everything looks good the support agent told me.
