Someone’s newborn TRV rejected

That's so unfair to the baby first then his parents .
A baby should should be granted a visa easily if his parents have a legal status in canada.

Pickup - delayed as my passport was with attorney for US visa application, dropped many notes to IRCC
Finally Bluedart picked up on 3/4 (rather I submitted in their office after waiting for 3 weeks).
Latest note on 3/11 - IRCC is processing application.

Since then nothing happend on my application
I applied on old portal..is there any difference in processing speed on new portal?
