I submitted application March 30 2022. Recieved Medical request on August 28, 2022 and submitted the report on Sepember 7. it is now Jan 2022 and the tracker is still stuck on Eligibility with background information and biometric yet to be started. Is the long wait time normal or do you think something is wrong?

I am in the same situation.
Application stamp date was 4 April 2022. Medicals passed on the 20th of July and waiting. On tracker, It’s still stuck.

Did you receive a request to submit your biometrics? There hasn't been any real updates on my application since I submitted the medical exam on sept 2022.
