It usually means that the person is tentatively approved assuming that something that is left outstanding (such as medical or biometric approvals) will be done and the result meet with IRCC's approval.

My application date was 8 march
Aor ,sa, medical request and biometric on 21 may
Biometric updated 25 may
Wife medical 19 June
Daughter medical 15 sept delayed due to passport issue
Eligibility completed 31 oct
Pre arrival 3 nov
Ppr 9 nov
Passport submitted 11 nov

Hello,

I submitted my wife's inland sponsorship via online portal. I have received the COPR number on the online portal but since then no updates. I have not received the email signed copy of the COPR and I am not sure what are my next steps. Does anyone know, if they still send out the signed COPR via mail or email or if the number assigned is the only confirmation I will receive? Can I use it this number to apply for SIN card or travel?

It's been over a month since the number has been assigned and I have also do stop receiving ghost updates on the online portal as well.

Please assist.
