For online applicants, you can infer decision made when Language, Physical Presence, and Prohibitions (LPP) are marked as complete. This is equivalent to the ECAS "Decision made" status
I can see this statement a lot, but is there any formal evidence that it it means DM? In the tracker they say “if we approve your application we’ll invite you to oath ceremony”. I read it like no invitation - no decision made yet. Just curious.

I did not find any official document describing equivalency of "status" between ECAS and the new tracker. However, paper applicants have clearly described that ECAS status changing to "decision made" coincides with the new tracker's LPP marked as complete. Given that multiple paper applicants have corroborated this correlation between ECAS and the new tracker in this forum - I would safely make this assumption for online applicants.
I applied in March 2022.
Got my AOR in april.
I got my test in November which now shows complete.
However, i have not received a single update after that..
Is this gap in updates usual

no updates - it is incredibly frustrating for Niagara Falls applications like mine to see Aug and Sep folks from other areas already lining up for oaths
