My wife and I received AOR 2022 and did the test on June 2022 my wife got the background change to completed 2 days after. In October all her steps were completed and a “Decision Made” on ECAS.
I received a request for a fingerprint in June and my BG is still in progress. I checked yesterday and found my wife’s status on ECAS changed from “Decision Made” to “In-progress”

I don't think anybody found the real reason it changes, there were some theories (I forget what they were). But it changed back to "Decision Made" in a few days usually.
I am one month ahead of your timeline. I did my test on Oct 21 and file updated on October 31st as the test complete. My background marked as done on Oct 11 Remaining Language, Physical presence and prohibitions still in progress
What I don't understand is, as to why does physical presence, and especially Languages take so long to get updated? Language should be an automatic yes or no in most cases.

It defies logic. Both the physical presence and language should take a second to look at and approve. It should be done at the earlier stages because it would be nonsensical to have someone pass everything else and get denied over those two aspects at the final stages.
3 weeks and my husband's tracker hasn't been updated to "completed" or not even "in progress" for the test. He's been invited to the test through email and passed it 3weeks ago and his tracker still shows "not started". Does anyone have the same issue?
