Thanks! The issue is that I want to change my address. For that, all the links bring me to the ecas website... which does not let me log in.
My other option was to fill out a web form... which I did. After a very long wait, they replied with some BS that is not relevant to my request... so I don't know: did they change my address, yes or no?
