Yes. It could be ghost update. However, looking at april spreadsheet it could be a sign that you will soon get the pre arrival letter or DM.

Ok thanks! I got my Pre Arrival letter a few months ago actually ... hopefully it's my medical being reviewed as it's been a few months now!

Looks like most people get their Pre-Arrival just before getting DM, is that right?

I received my Pre-Arrival back in July ... my medical test was super delayed though (COVID delays in Australia) and the results took 71 days to process as medical were all delayed, according to the CIC website. Also I'm moving to Quebec which is another step too ...
