By email because I provided my email address in the application form. Also assigned myself as my family representative to receive all information about our applications through the same email address. It is an email for each family member and the email has the PDF AOR letter attached with the case/file number.
This is the second time I submitted it, the first time had arrived on December 3, 2020, it was returned due to photos on Feb 23, 2021, resent with new photos on Feb 25 and arrived to CPC Sydney on March 2, 2021. This information is in my signature as well.

Congrats to all of those who got their AORs. I can see the pattern and it seems that it takes 1-2 months to receive a response for your application after it was received.

Hi Guys - do any of you know the reason why online applications are stuck since December mid without getting AORs while paper applications of March are also getting AORs?
