Hi everyone,

I've been watching from the background from over a year decided to input since I haven't seen very many Vancouver applicants here.

Location: Vancouver BC
Online Application: March 12th 2021
AOR: August 18th 2021
Test: October 15th 2021

I submitted a web form on Feb 16th for name change due to marriage.

I got an email on Feb 25th confirming it has been processed.

I got another email today March 4th asking to provide proof I have returned to Canada or expected return date, since I took the test outside of the country (not sure if any others got this request (?) for them to continue processing.
Sent a picture of my boarding pass from my return flight as a response.

Believing this means everything will be finalized for me shortly.

You would not receive any communication unless for the test invitation next. But did you check the citizenship status tracker on updates like background verification or other?
You can call their regular customer service number, send a webform or even go further and use your local MP help, they have a hotline to talk with them.

Yesterday I did my oath it was Very nice took about 2hrs now the waiting game Begin again for certificate so I can apply for passport hopefully soon I see my family again

Quick question when I sent the email with sign oath I just put the agents number and name in subject line an email I just wrote signed copy of oath and attach the PDF file got it instant reply of a generic email...... On my citizen tracker it still says in progress have I done anything incorrectly or it takes a couple days for them to change citizen tracker

Some have reported that it updates within a couple of days, others after a few weeks, it all depends on your local office processing the application.

Got a ghost update after 2 weeks from the interview but nothing changed !!
any thoughts ?

I think it can take upto two weeks for dashboard to update.
