same here, I too checked today on the link provided for first time and it is 'Decision made' for me too but in account it is saying 'not started' for oath ceremony.

I think yours is even better showing “Not Started for Oath Ceremony”. Mine is just showing “ Under Progress” in the account.

Same boat. Completed my test in September. No update ever since. Based on the email (DN Cit WIN Scheduling/Convocation WIN Cit RN IRCC) I received for test invite, I think mine is Windsor Office.

In my tracker, my test status is now set to COMPLETED. Its IN PROGRESS still for my wife, because she attempted the test two hours after I gave my test. May be, by tomorrow, her test status will also be marked as completed.
