Why they say "unable to confirm work experience at X Company and Y company" ? Does your job reference letter include everything they require, duration, salary, job duties etc.? Did you submit supporting documents such as pay slips & t4?

Yes I submitted even my correspondences with my manager and I uploaded my badge as well. Consultant told me the officer will review it and ask me additional doc if necessary

Upload payslips, T4 and Notice of Assessment from CRA. Payslip, T4 and NoA combined are most powerful proof of employment. For duties, letter of reference with duties is what is needed. From a major name like Deloitte, it should not be an issue.
