When I call up IRCC it says your application can't be found. This is worst form of service, if they do not have the adequate capacity to process applications, then they should first access that capacity and only invite as many they can effectively process within 6months of turnaround time.
Instead they used us as a way to fund salaries for IRCC employees - by using our application fees...this is a scam.

Yup it is. And you can’t even get reimbursed full amount. Honestly I would’ve just cancelled my application if I could’ve gotten full refund

I also got the same response, and when I tried to connect to the agent, the system disconnected my call.

no updates no GU
Nothing changed at all during the process. Just got portal email directly.

Guys, I have one question.
I got email directly from ircc, but in my application my agent provided his email, so how did I get the email? I checked my agent didn’t forward it to me neither I got any call from him.
I don’t know how this works? Does ircc already have our personal emails?

I just got a GU after getting a lot of errors when trying to login, it showed a message saying “you’re not logged in” and the screen that you select English and French and when I was finally able to get in it showed application updated. Anyone else? Idk if it’s a real one or glitch
