Same thing happened with me. 2 GUs on 13 and 16th but nothing changed they say. But some officer checked some biometrics, thats all.

Hello! any one here VO is Vancouver that receive email portal, GU, or COPR? My VO is Vancouver and not receiving any update after MEP on March 31, 2021
It is somewhere in Ottawa. Not sure which one. But I have seen that at least some applicants who applied after me with their application at each visa office in Ottawa have got their Portal Email.
