My application got rejected due to officer did not consider my job offer point (50).
Got ITA on 454 point. I had 464 (including 50 points of job offer). Can anyone suggest what is the next course of action?

OMG, maybe apply again without offer considering CEC draw and low score...one of my colleague did same in May2021.

How many days, weeks or months can you say it took for your criminality to be completed? Thanks

I called them around 28th May, back then Eligibility was passed and criminality was in process. It was in process last week as well. So it took around one and a half month. My visa office is Ottawa so its slow. They still havnt started my background check. They are very slow. God spare applicants from Ottawa visa office.

Our applications are very similar and visa office is same. My criminality was passed yesterday after a Ghost Update. Its still going slow as they havnt started my Background check yet. I hope your will get at least something like me as my AOR is 11th March.

My Work permit is LMIA Exempt as well but employer specific with their name mentioned on it. I got an invitation when the cut off was 454 but my score was 504. My eligibility is passed. Should I be worried of getting rejected?

If eligibility is passed then nothings worng in point calculation. So you will get through. Mine case got different because of the reason - my visa extention and my PR application were going hand in hand. The officer somehow found that my job offer is just for my Visa extension. So, learning from here is - don't apply PR application if your Visa extension going on. My GCMS notes also mentioned my organization's Immigration lawyer email id and his fax number (under client details). Bad luck for me.

Same office for me as well. Eligibility was passed on May 31st. Since then criminality has been in process and security not started.

I got a request to submit IMM 5669 today.

"Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Be sure there are no gaps in your history."

Does anyone know what is it all about? I don't recall any gaps in history.

Also in IMM5669, in the education section, it's asking for years of education for Primary/Elementary and Secondary/High school. We don't have such a concept in India, what should I fill in there?
