Hi..I am also in the same boat..My AOR march 20 . Eligibility and security not started.

Same here. AOR March 4. VO is CPC Ottawa. Eligibility Passed, Criminality / Info Sharing in progress, Security not started.

AOR March 21. Did Biometrics on May 4 and it was updated the same day. No GU's or any updates since May 4.

Did you call yet?

No I didnt call yet. Called once and could not get to an agent, the other time there was a long wait time. Did not try after that.

Oh you should try, i always get them after a couple of times. or sometime around 2pm or 3pm during the day.

I ordered since May 14 but haven’t received yet.

usually it takes 30 days. But if it is getting delayed means, you have many pages to be printed.

Info Sharing in GCMS notes has NRT for USA, AUS and NZL from last 2 months but still Info Sharing is not marked as complete. Does anyone know what else needs to be checked before IS can be reflected as Complete?

Biometrics Completed - 16th April
1 GU - 6th May 2021
2nd GU - 22nd June 2021
VO - Ottawa & Sydney

Can anyone suggest me how much time it take to receive 1st Portal email after 2nd GU. Mine 1st ghost update was on 6th May 2021. After 1st GU BC changed to - Your application is in process. We will send you message when we start your BC.
2nd GU was on 22nd June 2021. On this date BC went back to "We are processing your BC. Will let you know if we need more information".

I have no idea what to expect because I have seen people receiving Portal email after 4-5 days of 2nd GU. Tried calling IRCC but couldnt got connected to agent.

Is there anyone waiting for portal email even after the BC transition?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Could you please share the number sequence you dial when you call them to skip through all the machine prompts and get straight to the agent?

First portal email: June 23, 2021 (I replied same day)
Second portal email (with credentials): June 24 2021
PR Confirmation(eCoPR): June 28, 2021
Application changed to approved on June 28,2021 and background check changed to completed on June 22, 2021.

VO: Ottawa and OSC
