@legalfalcon Hello there, I recently received ITA fro cec and I mentioned yes to job offer but No to Lmia option is job offer section. I’m on Pgwp . So can i change the answer to No after ITA ? I also didn’t claimed 50 points for job offer

If you are certain that you did not receive any points as a result of answers yes, you can change the answer, but make sure you also provide an explanation when you submit your application.

I know but upon calling IRCC they said that eligibility hasn’t begun yet. Since employment check is a part of eligibility why did they say that it hasn’t begun. any suggestions from senior members?

If your employer received a call, then your eligibility is in progress. Only after it is done will it be updated in the system.

Yes it didn’t changed any points as I answered no to Lmia option which didn’t gave me 50 points. Also now I changed to no and then I preview my scores and it’s still same .

ITA: 8th Jan 2021
AOR: 4th Mar 2021
Last GU on 11th June, 2021.
All stages passed on 28th May 2021.
Inland with 2 dependents.

my application status turned updated and it might be 3rd GU if it is real GU.

I don't know it is real cuz my eligibility has not been opened when I called last week. They were processing Background checking.

Replacement document, Amendments to document and verification of status documents

OR

Temporary residence(applied online)
