I believe it means you will be pass or recommend pass your eligibility.

What's the rest of the section in gcms ?
What does it show next to Eligibility, Criminality, security, info-sharing ? That way, its pretty easy to guess on the stage when it was generated.

ready to finalise means that the application can be finalised and a decision made subject to any pending checks such as security / BGC.

RPRF is Right to Permanent resident fee which you have paid.

See whether it is a note from an assistant / analyst or a final determination from an officer. See #4,004

Would anybody know if ircc checks our bank account to see if we still have the funds we showed before??
Do we need to still maintain that minimum balance throughout application process?

Thank you everyone for all the help that I got through this platform. I became a permanent resident on 28 May 2021 and got my ecopr on 28th may 2021. I got my AOR on 11th March 2021 and received my ITA on 14th Feb 2021. Medical cleared on 26th March 2021 and Bio metrics updated on 29th March 2021. Again Thank you to everyone.

Yes, it did change and it says background check completed on 20 May 2021
