What does your status on your Background check says on your online account.
Thanks for sharing your timeline. I feel better now knowing that our application is moving fast. Mine is aor mar18 last month I called them they said everything is done and its on bc check.

Try to call them at exactly 8 in the morning when they are open I got through today and spoke with an agent. Yesterday I tried calling at 10 and it kept saying they are receiving a high volume of calls and I should try back another time. Hope this is helpful
