I called IRCC on Friday and below are the updates for my Profile

AOR - March 20, 2021 (Bio exempted and submitted RCMP upfront)
Medical passed - March 31, 2021
Ghost Update #1 - April 1, 2021
Ghost Update #2 - April 16, 2021 (Criminality passed)
Ghost Update #3 - May 21 , 2021 (Elibility Passed)

Security no started yet.

Visa Office Ottawa. (NOC Code - 6211)

Are these updates showing in your account or did you call ircc? Mine Is same AoR, same status but didn't get any ghost updates. Only medicals and bio are updated online. I had to call ircc for updates.

Yes. Sent to Etobicoke and no single update since then.

Once i got the ghost updates, only then i called CIC and got the information over phone.

How do I withdraw my Express Entry profile?

* a profile doesn't count as an application

Withdraw an application is different.
Unless the case is the "misrepresentation", which may be banned for 5 years.

Almost a week or two, he called ircc agent said they have started working on his background check but eligibility has not started. Today his background status in online account changed from we are processing..... to your background check has not yet started....

Can anyone tell me please what does this mean?

For many (including myself) that means Eligibility has passed, that is, if your Background Check status now shows “Your application is in progress..”.
