around 28 days, got the invitation Feb 14 and 1 year completed on March 8, but i have a offer letter for 2 more years although i didnt claim points for it

Thanks , almost same situation , 1 year got competed on 1 March and ITA was received on 13 Feb. I have added offer letter but I think that doesn’t matter . Good to know your eligibility went smooth . Good luck . My AOR is 10May so may be need to wait for couple of months before see any update .

Eligibility not yet started but the agent said if i was not considered in CEC then they would rejected straight away instead of asking for Singapore PCC and clearing security and info sharing which makes sense to me

What is my visa office? Etobicoke
Is eligibility passed? When? Not opened
Is Security passed? When? Not opened
Is criminality passed? When? In progress

I have a question. My application's status for background check online says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information", and review of eligibility says "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements".

The IRCC call centre said My eligibility file is not opened. It is different from my online profile status. Anyone know about this??

background check in progress,
in online status profile your eligibility status will remain same even if it is passed.
stay in contact budy as we have same aor and visa office

I heard that Etobicoke and Ottawa office have significant delays... Is that correct?

Hey guys, it looks like I just received a GU (no email was received, it just said "profile updated" when I log into my account). When I clicked into my application, my background check status changed from "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."
Any idea what this could mean?

It must be security then. I know my criminality had passed from the last time I called IRCC.

Forgot to mention it could be info sharing as well. Anyways something has been completed. To know more you have to call. What is your AOR.
