Can you kindly tell me what photo dimensions we need to upload on the PR portal? They just mentioned jpeg or png but didn't mention the size of the photos?

What are you trying to do.

For PRTD usually you can apply online and pay the fee along with the application.

From your question I am not sure what is it that you are trying to accomplish.

while submitting my application there was no option available to pay the RTPR fee for my FSW application. Hence I’m trying to pay it separately now.

Info sharing - complete
VO - RROC

Asked about the processing pace for applications with outland dependents and the agent couldn't provide any comments.
